RESOURCE SUPPORT FOR MFR'S PATIENT SERVICES TEAM

How one manufacturer implemented several patient support initiatives over a 6-month period by bringing on temporary skilled staffing support.

SITUATION

A pharmaceutical manufacturer’s Patient Services department needed support in launching several key initiatives that had been in progress (and stalled) for months due to various factors.


There was a resource void within the Patient Services department, and the manufacturer needed assistance with management of their external vendors and execution against their core responsibilities related to Patient Services operations.

Archbow committed a full-time resource to participate as a team member of the manufacturer’s Patient Services team

Archbow led or participated in 9 key workstreams over the course of 6 months. 


Through leadership, participation, and development of related project materials, Archbow supported the manufacturer and provided guidance for all associated project work.

APPROACH

RESULTS

100% of initiatives/workstreams Archbow led or supported were implemented during the 6-month engagement. The manufacturer was able to launch each initiative successfully, on time, without risk, and with all required approvals.


Archbow built, created, and/or updated over 22 governance materials and 8 workstream decks throughout the engagement.
