TRANSITIONING HUB FROM INSOURCED TO OUTSOURCED

How a large manufacturer successfully transitioned an internal, 5-product HUB to a third-party vendor on schedule.

SITUATION

A large, global pharmaceutical company wanted to move its insourced HUB to a third-party, outsourced provider. 


The HUB included: 200 people, 5 specialty products across CNS, respiratory, and oncology. Archbow was hired by the vendor to manage the transition.

Archbow coordinated a robust integration across people, process, technology, and 5+ partners. 


Comprehensive workstreams managed: 10.


Solutions designed, developed, and implemented: reimbursement support, prior authorization support, copay program, PAP, non-commercial dispensing pharmacy, data and reporting, and nursing support.

The project was successfully managed for 12+ months.


20k patients and 2k providers were migrated.


The new HUB launched on time.
