TEAM ARCHBOW

Kelly Ratliff brings more than 30 years of progressive experience in home infusion and specialty pharmacy to Team Archbow. She provides specialty pharmacy strategic and operational insights, including advising clients on commercialization strategies, payer and provider solutions, patient access considerations, and clinical operations.

Before joining Archbow, Kelly was President of AmerisourceBergen’s specialty pharmacy, US Bioservices. Under her leadership, US Bioservices pioneered a specialty care model that focused on partnering with providers to act as an extension of their practice, demonstrating a commitment to improving adherence and outcomes by enabling provider-led care.  Earlier in her career, Kelly held a number of progressive roles at US Bioservices, including Vice President of Pharmacy Operations and Chief Operating Officer, as well as serving in a variety infusion operations and management roles at Apria Healthcare, Abbey Home Infusion Services, and Total Pharmaceutical Care. She received her pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma and promoted pharmacy education by serving as an adjunct faculty member for the OU College of Pharmacy Leadership Program.

Kelly has been involved with American Pharmacists Association, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, and Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She serves on the Honorary Advisory Council to the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Board of Directors. Today, she lives in Berthoud, Colorado and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, pickleball, and hiking, along with spending time volunteering with local outreach organizations.
