Kristy Frizzo brings unique, insider expertise in Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distribution solutions to Archbow Consulting’s clients. Her 15 years in operations, reporting and analytics, and account management lend unparalleled insight into the inner workings of SP and SD programs.  Kristy is known for her deep oncology experience and a hands-on approach to working closely with pharma clients and SP operations to achieve program goals.

Kristy worked in progressive roles at Express Scripts companies before joining Archbow. She began her career at HealthBridge in Patient Assistance Program (PAP) pharmacy operations, followed by roles in Business Analysis and SP Reporting and Analytics, where she analyzed program data and trends to help manufacturers identify actionable steps to improve program performance. Most recently, Kristy was a Senior Account Director for Accredo and CuraScript SD, where she was responsible for managing pharma relationships, supporting SP/SD contract negotiations, and overseeing pharma programs to ensure success and strategic alignment.

When she’s not at work, Kristy has a busy, full life as a military spouse and mother of 4 sons (and one dog.) She and her family live near Destin, FL, and enjoy spending time on the beach, playing games, and enjoying live music.
