TEAM ARCHBOW

Melissa shares more than 30 years of healthcare experience with Archbow clients, including ten years working with inpatient and outpatient settings and private and academic settings. In the specialty pharma space, she has held roles in specialty pharmacy, 501 (c)3 foundations, and patient support services. Her career focus on orphan, rare, and ultra-rare diseases brings unique patient journey insights to every client program. 

Before joining Archbow, Melissa held business development and operations positions at Cardinal Health, AmerisourceBergen, PSI, ViroPharma, CDF, and Ivpcare.  Melissa has also worked with multiple organizations over the years to transform their businesses by implementing technology platforms and operational best practices and driving new revenue growth.  Melissa holds a B.S. in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Millsaps College.

She is the President of the neighborhood HOA servicing almost 1700 homes.  She sings first soprano in her church choir and can usually be found on a pretty Texas night, catching a local minor league baseball game and cheering for the Frisco RoughRiders.
