Shannon Hybner has extensive, hands-on experience guiding commercialization strategies for specialty distribution and third-party logistics. She’s worked across numerous product types and unique channel solutions, including Cell and Gene Therapies, and now shares her first-hand knowledge with Archbow clients.
During her time with McKesson’s RxCrossroads 3PL, Shannon supported client implementations in preparation for launch, oversaw all end-to-end processes, managed key accounts, led strategic client initiatives, and onboarded pharma and biotech customers. She was able to gain in-depth knowledge of customized samples, returns, inventory management, data, and transportation solutions. Most recently, Shannon implemented a customized solution to help bring a CAR-T product to market.
In a previous role with McKesson Specialty Health, Shannon led the RFP process across supply chain solutions including Specialty Distribution, 3PL, and PAP Pharmacy. Shannon holds an MBA from Texas Tech University.
An enthusiastic live theater fan, Shannon is often found attending Shakespeare in the Park productions or performances put on by local arts districts. Her free time is spent reading great books or having rousing competitions at game nights with family and friends.
