Sheryl has more than 25 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, focused on improving the customer experience and operational performance of patient access and support programs. Dedicated to improving speed to treatment, quality of work, cost reductions, and delivery of products and services, her role at Archbow allows her to optimize client return on market access and patient engagement initiatives.
Before joining Archbow, Sheryl played a strategic role at AmerisourceBergen Lash Group Consulting Services, leading the Quality and Process Improvement division for pharma and biotech manufacturers. Prior to Lash Group, she was the Director of Quality and Support Services for Cigna, and held key leadership roles at HealthPartners and BlueCross BlueShield of Texas. Sheryl holds a B.A. in Business Management from Empire State College and a certificate as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Now that her three children are grown, Sheryl is committed to checking a big item off her Bucket List – visiting every state in the U.S. She’s one state (Alaska) shy of meeting her goal, which she hopes to visit in the next couple of years. In the meantime, she enjoys golfing and hiking with her husband and spending as much time with her kids as they’ll allow.
