TEAM ARCHBOW

Don Hribek
HONORA GABRIEL
VICE PRESIDENT

Honora Gabriel’s passion for establishing long-lasting customer relationships is backed by 20-years of experience with strategic and innovative solutions that drive process improvements and focus on quality.

Today, Honora shares with Archbow clients her expertise in partnering with manufacturers and 501c3 foundations to design, develop, and implement patient support programs. Her operational management background brings a unique perspective that helps identify and meet the unique needs of each brand and patient population.

Prior to joining Archbow, Honora worked at Lash Group, an AmerisourceBergen company, leading reimbursement HUBs, patient assistance programs, 501c3 copay programs, and manufacturer-sponsored copay programs.  While at Lash, she led a team that included client delivery/operations, enterprise IT, client analytics, business governance, and quality assurance in transitioning the company’s client portfolio to a new technology platform for patient support services.  She also supported multiple buy-and-bill products and developed deep expertise in annual reverifications.  Honora holds a degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College and has been recognized with both a Charlotte Business Journal Women in Business Award and a Mecklenburg Times 50 Most Influential Women in Charlotte Award.

Honora continues to help others in her free time.  She’s currently serving as President of the Board for the Komen Foundation in Charlotte, and she’s been known to take on extreme environmental causes like saving sea turtles in Costa Rica.  When she’s not off on an adventure, she’s happy to spend time with her extended family or to just be at home with her husband and two rescue dogs in Charlotte, N.C.
