Kim Bromberg has over ten years of experience initiating and delivering sales results across various industries, including hospitality, enterprise software, medical supply distribution, healthcare, and biotechnology. She possesses leadership and subject matter expertise in bringing about fundamental change and improvement in sales strategies, processes, and profitability. At Archbow, Kim successfully keeps the sales team operating by assisting in project deliverables, providing crucial data management and sales analyses, and implementing enhanced business development tactics.

Before joining Archbow, Kim primarily worked in direct sales before transitioning to a sales operations role while at CIA Medical and In-Vivo Biosystems, where she honed her skills in creating strategic business development procedures and was the driving force behind streamlining and scaling sales processes that led to substantial revenue wins.

When she isn’t buried in an Excel file or reviewing SOWs, you can find her either on a running trail or jet-setting across continents. Originally from California with a 6-year stint in Chicago, she currently lives in Richardson, TX, with her husband and adventure partner, Mike.
