TEAM ARCHBOW

Mike Poland brings 15 years of Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution, and PBM experience to Archbow and our clients. He spent the last 11 years working alongside pharmaceutical manufacturers, focused on SP program performance, new drug launches, pharmacy and distribution data reports, contracting, pricing, FMV analysis, and RFP responses. Mike’s close relationships with his manufacturer partners and operations teams led to successful specialty programs across multiple products and disease states, including several rare diseases.

Mike worked in multiple roles within Cigna, including health services and the specialty divisions, before joining Archbow. He began her career in Sales and Account Management at Express Scripts, followed by roles in contracting strategy, account management, and business development, where he supported pharmaceutical manufacturers by responding to RFI/RFPs and leading the contracting process for pharmacy and distribution agreements. Most recently, Mike was a Senior Account Director for Accredo and CuraScript SD, where he was responsible for managing relationships with manufacturers, leading specialty pharmacy and distribution contract negotiations, and overseeing specialty programs to ensure success and strategic alignment.

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and his Professional MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Mike lives in St. Louis, MO, with his wife and two young boys. When he’s not running around with the kids, Mike enjoys cooking, finding new parks and trails to visit, and supporting his favorite sports teams.
