Tina Gafford’s vast clinical experience adds priceless perspective when Archbow’s clients are evaluating how to best overcome barriers to access. Having worked as a nurse for 27 years, 15 of those in leadership roles, Tina provides expertise in driving process during patient support strategic planning, product and program launch implementations, and operational and performance management.

Over the course of her career, Tina has held clinical nursing, patient support pharmacy operations, and business development roles. She’s worked in surgical and cardiology nursing roles, and led the MedSurg team at UT Health East Texas for five years. During her time with Community Health Systems, she led Medical Surgical, Pediatrics, Dialysis, and Case Management. At Lash Group, Tina directed all clinical services and pharmacy call center operations across Lash’s portfolio of programs, launching multiple patient assistance distribution and clinical adherence programs.

Tina holds dual master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Nursing Administration. She’s a Navy veteran and longtime resident of East Texas who believes in the power of communication, authenticity, and relationship building. She enjoys working on genealogy and refinishing/upcycling furniture in her free time.
