Sara Schardein brings over 15 years of sales operations and account management experience to her role at Archbow Consulting. Her deep understanding of specialty pharmaceutical sales strategy and proposal writing allows us to better deliver strategic, time-sensitive proposals and SOWs to meet client demand.
Before joining Archbow, Sara worked in progressive roles at McKesson, including leading reimbursement Hub programs, patient assistance programs, manufacturer-sponsored copay programs, and overseeing client management. She was tasked with improving time to fill and adherence rates while implementing best practices for specialty pharma clients. Most recently, she led the RFP project management process for CoverMyMeds, focused on winning and retaining business through creating strategic proposals. Before McKesson, Sara spent over five years with General Growth Properties, utilizing her skillset to enhance commercial real estate business development and marketing efforts.
Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Bellarmine University. She lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband Sam and two young daughters. In her free time, Sara enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending the summer on the river with friends and family, and encouraging healthy habits through fitness and nutrition. She is a certified personal trainer and can be found most mornings at boot camp.
